General
- Shipping costs are mainly determined by package size/weight, quantity and location.
- Shipping and handling costs are applied to all orders and are collected by the shipping company, unless special arrangements are made.
- Given a company’s location, our shipping department can calculate the best rate quote and method of delivery.
- After an order is processed, most orders are shipped within one or two business days. Shipping times are subject to change depending on quantity and availability.
- Tracking numbers can be provided after order is shipped.
- Special delivery arrangements, including pallets, are available upon request.
Domestic Shipping
- Numerous shipping companies (UPS, FedEx, UCL, EDI, etc.) are utilized to ship to locations all over the United States.
- Given a location, our shipping department can calculate the best rate quote and method of delivery.
International Shipping
- Besides select locations in Canada, Top Guy does not ship directly to countries outside of the United States. We are able to ship to a third-party freight forwarder or other preferred methods.
